Frequently Asked Questions

★Q: What materials do you use?
★A: For bandanas, bowties I use cotton or poly cotton fabrics with polyester thread and plastic snaps or elastic. For toys I use fleece and cotton or poly cotton fabric. Each cat toy has a mix of catnip, silvervine, valerian or mint leaves for your cat to enjoy as well as a little bit of polyfil stuffing inside. Custom names are soft heat transfer vinyl pressed on with high heat.★Q: Can my pet wear the bandana/bowtie everywhere?
★A: Please only use the bowties and bandanas under supervision! The buttoned bandanas do not have safety snaps and will not come off if caught on something, which could hurt your pet. Please only use them while you are able to keep an eye on your companion!★Q: My pet is too big for this bandana, do you make larger sizes?
★A: Other sizes will be available in the future! I currently make Small and Medium size bandanas and Small, Medium and Large bowties. If there's a size you'd like please email me!★Q: My pet got something on the fabric, what do I do?.
★A: You can easily spot clean the bandanas and bowties with some soft detergent and water. The bowties are a little more fragile than the bandanas, so please don't attempt to throw them in the washer. A gentle hand wash or spot clean will work for most issues! (DO NOT BLEACH!)★Q: Do you do this pattern/color?
★A: The patterns of bandanas and bowties vary according to what I'm able to get my hands on! I'm sorry if the colour you wanted sold out, I only have a limited amount of each fabric. However! If you have an idea and want to see if I can get a fabric, send me an email and I might be able to work with you!★Q: What if I have a question that's not answered here?

Care Instructions

★ Bandanas are washable on delicate cycle or by hand. If your Bandana has a custom name, please only use cold/cool water to wash them. Hang to dry.★ Bowties are spot clean only with delicate detergent and hang to dry.★ Pet jackets are washable on delicate in the washer or by hand. Please do not use bleach or harsh detergents as it may ruin the pattern/fabric! If your Pet Jacket has customization, cold/cool wash is recommended to avoid peeling of the vinyl. Hang to dry.★ Cat toys are spot clean only due to the filling. Try to avoid soaking them as this will cause the herbal filling to lose its effect!★ Please do not Bleach your pet accessories! This WILL ruin them!
